呼吸Watch 尊重你的隐私。我们尽量减少数据收集，并优先将练习数据保存在你的设备本地。
我们保存哪些数据
呼吸Watch 会在你的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 上保存以下数据：
- 深呼吸练习记录，例如轮数、练习时长、呼吸节奏和练习日期。
- 提醒设置、声音设置、背景音乐设置和其他应用偏好。
数据保存在哪里
你的练习数据保存在你的 iPhone 和 Apple Watch 本地。当前版本不运营服务器来收集、存储或分析你的呼吸练习记录。
通知
呼吸Watch 使用本地通知来发送每日呼吸提醒。只有当你在应用中主动开启提醒时，系统才会请求通知权限。
健康数据
当前版本不读取、不写入 Apple 健康数据。呼吸Watch 不提供医疗建议，也不用于诊断、治疗或替代专业医疗服务。
分享
当你分享日历或柱状图卡片时，图片会在你的设备上生成。你可以自行选择保存图片或通过系统分享功能发送给他人。
第三方服务
当前版本不使用广告追踪 SDK，不使用第三方统计 SDK，也不会将你的练习记录出售给第三方。

BreathWatch respects your privacy. We minimize data collection and keep your practice data on your own devices whenever possible.
Data We Store
BreathWatch may store the following data on your iPhone and Apple Watch:
- Breathing session records, such as rounds, duration, rhythm, and practice date.
- Reminder settings, sound settings, background music settings, and app preferences.
Where Data Is Stored
Your practice data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. The current version does not operate a server to collect, store, or analyze your breathing records.
Notifications
BreathWatch uses local notifications for daily breathing reminders. Notification permission is requested only when you enable reminders in the app.
Health Data
The current version does not read or write Apple Health data. BreathWatch does not provide medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care.
Sharing
When you share a calendar or chart card, the image is generated on your device. You choose whether to save or share it.
Third-Party Services
The current version does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your practice records to third parties.
